1. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Contact and business details, such as your name, company, email, phone, and current website.
- Project materials, messages, approvals, and scheduling information submitted through the client portal.
- Referral and attribution details, such as the link or participant that introduced you and campaign parameters.
- Technical and usage information, such as device and browser data, visited pages, interactions, and error information.
- Purchase status and identifiers from Stripe. Payment card fields are entered on Stripe-hosted pages, not on this website.
2. Checkout draft recovery
The checkout page stores a limited draft in your browser so your company details and progress can be recovered on the same device. When available, it also sends best-effort draft updates to our checkout system. The browser draft can include the fields visible in the checkout form and an opaque checkout-intent identifier. It expires from use after 30 days, and you can remove it sooner by clearing this site's browser storage.
3. How we use information
We use information to provide and improve the offer, attribute referrals, create and support checkout, provision the client portal, deliver the project, communicate about the build, prevent abuse, maintain security, troubleshoot errors, and comply with law. We send optional marketing messages only when you choose that option, and you can opt out of them.
4. Cookies, local storage, and analytics
We use cookies and similar storage for essential sessions, attribution, checkout recovery, authentication, and preferences. We use PostHog or similar product analytics to understand site and funnel performance; sensitive form fields are configured to be masked in session replay. Browser or network controls may limit non-essential analytics.
5. When information is shared
We share information with service providers only as needed to operate the business and deliver the service. These can include Stripe for payments, Supabase for application data and authentication, PostHog for analytics, hosting and email providers, and professional advisers. A referring participant may receive attribution or commission status, but not your payment card details. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction.
6. Retention and security
We keep information for as long as reasonably needed to deliver the service, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal duties. Retention varies by record type. We use reasonable administrative and technical safeguards, but no internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure.
7. Your choices
You may request access, correction, or deletion of personal information, subject to identity verification and legal exceptions. You can opt out of optional marketing using the message's unsubscribe method or by contacting us. You can control browser storage through your browser settings. Rights can vary by location.
8. Children and changes
The offer is for businesses and is not directed to children under 13. We may update this notice as the service or legal requirements change. The version and effective date at the top show when this text was last revised.
